Can help to: Ease anxiety, eliminate panic attacks, reduce worry and stress, calm your mind, lengthen sleep, break cycles of negative thinking, increase self-worth and confidence. Talks you through panic attacks or a racing mind, etc.

Combined Minds

Free App for families and friends of a young person who has mental ill health. Provides information on: Anxiety, depression, self-harm, eating disorders and digital addiction. The App uses a strength-based approach aiming to find ways to provide the right environment to help the individuals they support effect their own change

Catch it – Free

CBT based App aimed at helping users deal with feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, confusion or unhappiness. The App has three sections: Catch it (record mood), Check it (users are encouraged to look at the situation in a different way, taking a moment to reflect) and Change it (users describe what a more thoughtful or helpful way to approach the situation would be). When all sections are completed the mood is added to the user diary and a short recommendation is provided.

Chill Panda

Free App, better suited to younger people / children but can be used as families. Gives breathing techniques and light exercises to take your mind off your worries.
