Test results request

Getting your test results

If your test was requested by someone at the hospital (even if a sample was taken at the surgery)

Hospital test results are not automatically sent to the GP practice, and if you are chasing up results that have been requested by the hospital, please contact

Patient advice and liaison service on 0800 019 3282 (Monday – Friday 9am to 4pm, you may need to leave a message on the answerphone) or at Gloucestershire Hospitals: Patient advice and support

You can use this service to get your test results. It may take 5 working days for us to respond and this is not suitable for urgent queries.
